- Should have a sound knowledge of all the bidding portals like Elance, Odesk, Guru, virtual Worker etc.
- To Manage entire Bid Process in order to ensure adherence to Leighton’s Procedure and Clients Specifications.
- To Manage & Coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid.
- To manage competency and efficiency of bid in order to achieve competitive price and improve profit margins.
- To liaise with site team, vendors and sub-contractors on information in order to produce correct bid.
- To work on construction methodology, taking into consideration safety aspects in order to consider all relevant costs in the bid.
- Experience in handling overseas clients
- Must have extraordinary written and verbal communication skills. (Mandatory)
- Should be flexible enough to work in Afternoon/Night Shifts
